The State of Virginia will need to spend more than $200 million dollars on municipal waste treatment plant construction in the next five years, Eugene Jensen, Director of the Federal Water Pollution Control Administration’s Mid-Atlantic Region told members of the Virginia Section of the American Society of Civil Engineers meeting in Richmond today.
