People are invited to park on Gay Street near the courthouse and walk through the monument lot to the hillside at the lake for best viewing. The area near the lake on Route 211 may also be used but care must be exerted to avoid interfering with traffic.

The program will begin promptly at 8:30 p.m. with band music on the speaker system.
