Hours Announced The General Registrar of Rappahannock County, Mrs. Mary Cleverley, will b.e at the court house in Washington on Friday, June 4 at 7:30 p m to register eligible voters in Hampton District who are unable to do so during the regular day hours. On Tuesday. June 8 the Registrar will be at the Flint Hill fire house at 7:30 to register Wakefield District voters. On Friday June 18, she will be at the Castleton fire house at 7:30 to register Stonewall District voters. Evening hours for other districts will be announced later. This will be the only evening registering hours between now and August 14, the last day tc register.

Wrecks Reported John Michael Deal of Sperryville and Miss Helen Joan Holland of Arlington were in volved in a collision about 10:3C p.m. Wednesday, May 26, on Route 211 a mile east oi Sperryville. John Deal, operating a 67 Chevrolet, stopped suddenly in the traffic lane and was strcuk in the rear by the Holland car, a 7C Buick. Jacob Carlyle Carey of Aylor, ran off the right o the road and struck a tree. He was charged with reckless driving anc damage to his car, a 63 Chevrolet was set at $800. James Arthur Freeman o; Washington, was crowded off the highway about 12:30 a.m. Monday on Route 211 and skidded down the bank. He was operating a 6< Oldsmobile which sustainec damage in the amount of $50. Trooper Buntin also in vestigated these crashes.
