The Potomac Edison Company of Virginia of Luray, Virginia, has applied for a Special Use Permit in accordance with Article 2, Section 2-2 and 2-2-27 otf the Zoning Ordinance of Rappahannck County, Virginia.
The above named applicant de®ires to construct, erect and maintain a 138 KV transmission line from Riverton in Warren County to Boston in Culpeper County, Virginia, extending through Rappahannock County. A hearing has been scheduled for 10:00 a.m. on Friday, June 18, 1071, in the County Courthouse at Washington, Virginia.
The applicant and other interested parties wishing to be heard are requested to be present at that time.
