Prince William has the water if they want to use it from their own County. Naturally they would rather have it at taxpayers ex pense from a 100 million dollar dam on the Rappahannock 36 miles away. How nice to confiscate and flood out 35,000 acres of other counties, and cut down 8,000 acres of forests for a dam on somebody else’s land.
The river they propose to flood out, with the help of the dam hungry Army Engineers and the promoters of the Fredericksburg area, is the only remaining,
