New livestock market
THE LOCAL FARMERS and businessmen who are building a new farmer-owned livestock market at Interstate 66 and Route 522 just north of Front Royal have scheduled a special meeting to acquaint Rappahannock and Fauquier farmers with their plans.
The meeting will be held at the Hampton Inn, Route 211, Washington, Virginia, at 7:30 p.m. Thursday, April 13. All interested livestock producers are invited to attend to hear the specifics about the new market, its operation and financing. □
