The object of this suit is to obtain a divorce from bed and board from Bonnie Kay Durden Kindall on the grounds of desertion.

An affidavit has been made and filed that Bonnie Kay Durden Kindall, if living, is not believed to be a resident of the State of Virginia; and that diligence has been used by the plaintiff to ascertain in what county or city the defendant is, without effect.

It is ordered that the said non-resident defendant, namely, Bonnie Kay Durden Kindall, if living appear within ten days after due publication of this order and do what is necessary to protect their interests.

It is further ordered that a copy hereof be published once a week for four successive weeks in the Rappahannock News, a newspaper having general circulation in the County of Rappahannock, Virginia; that a copy be posted at the front door of the Court House of Rappahannock County, Virginia, within ten (10) days after the entry of this order of publication, and that the Clerk mail a copy thereof to the said defendant at the last known address given in the affidavit herein within ten (10) days after the entry of this order of publication and file a certificate of the fact in the papers of this
