Many classroom teachers, supervisors, and administrators employed within the Lord Fairfax Community College region often need to pursue graduate and advanced graduate programs related to their field of professional specialization in public or private school and college work.
A similar meeting was held with representatives of VPI and SU last month. The community college is acting as a service link between the university graduate programs in education and the schools of the Lord Fairfax region.
Horse show
The Annual Horse Show of the Rappahannock 4-H Horse and Pony Club will be held May 13.
Robert Burneston of Casanova will be the judge. It will be held at Blue Rock Farm, Washington.

The 4-H Horse and Pony Club met last Monday at Roundabout Farm. The members divided into several groups, and each group was kept busy learning stable management, how to trot, how to take care of a horse, and other related things. After lunch, all the members participated in relay races on horseback. The meeting was adjourned and everyone left exhausted. — Hqward Swaim □
