A SINGLE vehicle traffic crash which occurred early Saturday morning at the west end of the Washington by-pass on Route 211 involved a 69 Ford operated by William Irvin Kilby of Sperryville.
He ran off the highway onto the graveled shoulder of the road, lost control of the car, struck a highway sign and came to a halt in the median, according to Trooper W. A. Bun tin.
