THE RAPPAHANNOCK Library has a new inr formation service that will give dates and locations of scheduled meetings of committees, subcommittees, and commissions of the Virginia General Assembly during the interim between its sessions. The Virginia State Library will supply to the County Library every Tuesday an updated docket of the meetings.
Also available is information about which carryover bills from the 1972 session are in which committee. Interim meetings of committees will determine the fate of the carry-over bills when the General Assembly meets again in January, 1973.
Anyone having interest in particular legislation or committee meetings can obtain information by calling or visiting the Library. □
