An apple butter boiling was held recently by members of Forest Grove Baptist Church at the old school site near Viewtown. In spite of inclement weather, the venture was completed and the spicy apple butter is being sold by the church members and will be on sale at the harvest supper which the church is sponsoring this Saturday night, November 18. Dr. William H. Young Jr. of Alexandria was on hand with his camera for the old fashioned cooking and caught this scene.
