Selecting a Christmas tree is frequently one of the highlights of the family’s pre-holiday preparations.
Practically all species of evergreens are used for Christmas trees, although some are more popular and in greater supply than others. Balsam and Douglas firs, Eastern Redcedar, Scotch and White pines are among the most common.
