James E. Swindler of Sperryville, Va. has applied for a Special Use Permit in accordance with Article 2,‘Section 2-2-11, 2-2-12 and 2-2-38 of the Zoning Ordinance of Rappahannock County, Virginia.
The above named applicant desires to operate a retail store, two gas pumps and erect an oil company sign 4x6 located on Route 211. 2 mi. west of Sperryville, Va., located in Piedmont Magisterial District. The applicant and any other interested parties wishing to be heard are requested to be present at that time.
