BRIDGE CLUB
Mrs. T. J. Pillar entertained the Sperryville Bridge Club at her home Friday evening.
Guests were Mrs. E. A. McNear, Mrs. Charles Albright, Mrs. Frank Tabler, Mrs. I. R. Kilby, Mrs. J. P. Snead, Jr., Mrs. Brown Miller, Mrs. Elmo Flynt and Mrs. Dale Metzinger.
BAKE SALE
A bake sale will be held Saturday, August 25 beginning at 10 a.m. at the Corner Store in Sperryville, sponsored by the Sperryville United Methodist Church.
BRIDAL SHOWER
Mrs. Ralph Wayne Brown was hostess to a bridal shower Friday, August 10 at her home in Woodville honoring Mrs. Bobby Brown, the former Miss Sarah Clark. Approximately 15 guests were present. The bride received many lovely gifts.□
