On motion of J. R. Latham, seconded by E. P. Luke, the following resolution was approved and proposed for hearing at the next regular Board meeting on September 6th: The Clerk was requested to advertise the hearing.
“Be it resolved that there be published in the Rappahannock News and by posting on the bulletin board at the front of the Court House of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia in Washington, Virginia notice of the proposal to adopt a revised Subdivision Ordinance for Rappahannock County and also a revised Zoning Ordinance for Rappahannock County.
Be it further resolved, that notice shall be given pursuant to the provision of Title 15, Chapter 11 of the 1950 Code of Virginia as amended, of the intention to adopt such revised
