Mr. Scott, 69, is survived by five sisters, Mrs. Silas Martin of Amissville, Mrs. Lester Barnes of 01ney, Md., Mrs. C. H. Ellett of Fredericksburg, Mrs. Thomas Bailey of Brandy Station and Mrs. Woodward; and four brothers, Paul Smith of Amissville, a foster brother, Clarence Scott of Castleton, Arthur Scott of Culpeper and Horace Scott of Viewtown.D
W. Wiener
Captain William W. Wiener, 85, of Bridgewater, former resident of Flint Hill, died November 22, 1973 at Waynesboro Community Hospital.
He had been staying at the Liberty House Nursing Home in Waynesboro until he became seriously ill Thursday.
Capt. Wiener was born in Harrisonburg, son of the late John Philip and Margaret King Wiener.
He entered the U.S. Army in 1917 and retired in 1934. He served in France with the Third Field Artillery during World War I and held posts at Fort Hamilton, Camp Dix and Fort Shatter.
