IF YOU AGREE THAT SUCH purposes are “in the public interest,” then you may also agree that enactment of land use legislation for Rappahannock would be a good thing. If you think it’s not worth paying for—and there is a price tag involved, make no mistake about that—then you might have other thoughts.
Either way, make an effort to know the facts, and not be misled by erroneous information. There are plenty of willing sources for false information, as nearby counties have discovered.
