A field and woods fire at Boston Sunday night burned over 30 to 40 acres of ground and an abandoned house. Responding to the alarm were Sperryville, Flint Hill and Brandy, all with 4-wheel drive equipment which was the only way access was gained. Castleton and Culpeper also responded and stoodby. The blaze was about a half mile from a road.
