Director for BlueLine Conservation, said that “the establishment of a land conservation easement gift is a complex transaction. It was very rewarding to participate in a transaction where the two primary parties involved, the Nicklins and the Virginia Department of Forestry, recognized from the outset their shared goal in seeing this easement established.
