Longer Terms NSLI Premiums a Savings, Y A Tells Veterans Veterans holding National Service Life insurance and other forms of Government life insur ance were advised by the Veter ans Administration that they make a saving in the pay ment of premiums if they are able to pay them m advance on a Quarterly, semi-annual or annual basis instead of every month. Veterans who are able to pay premiums m advance in this fashion will have a reduction over the regular monthly premi um rates of 3 per cent per year. Paying premiums every three months, Si\ months or twelve months has another definite ad vantage over monthly payments. YA said, m that there is much less chance of the veteran over looking one of the monthly pay ments and running the risk that his insurance may lapse. As a taxpayer, a veteran will be contributing to more economy in Government costs if lie is able to pay insurance premiums on an • advance* basis instead of each month.
