For the first time hi the history of our school the outstanding seniors of W.H.S. are to be Indeluded in the 1949-50 edition of the High School Register, a biographical index of outstanding high school students.
Those from our school who have been nominated for this honor arc: Gladys Reid, Lucy Mae Smith and Mary Karland Fincham. Criteria used in the selection are: scholarship, demonstrated leader-^ ship, service to school and community, personality and probable future usefulness to society.
