Spaghetti Red!
By: Mrs. Rayntr Saead 1 V« lbs. hamburger 1 qt. can tomatoes 1 medium size onion, chopped fine 1 pepper, chopped fine £ stalks celery, chopped 1 small box ijafhrUi .
Fry all the ingredients in a large skillet using no shortening. Cook until well brown. Then add - *1 qt tomatoes and cook. Add seasonings. to taste, such as Wor-. chestersfaire sauce, catsup or chilli sauce, cayenne pepper, paprika, salt, black pepper, garlic, curry powder (very small amount), and hot sauce. Add small box of spaghetti, pre-cooked until tender. Cook this down until thick.

Mix well and bake until set
Sauce
Mix whites of 3 eggs beaten stiff, add 6 tablesp. of sugar and %-cup melted butter and vanilla to taste. Pour several tablesp. sauce over each serving.
