• Substantial increases in Virginia’s draft calls for January and February appeared imminent following boosts in the national induction demands for both of these two coming months, according to a dispatch from Richmond Tuesday.
The government raised its January draft call from 40,000 to 80,000 men and its February call from 00,000 to 80,000 men. _
