Defendants.
The object of this suit is to have sale of the timber on the 375 acies of land allotted to Mildred Wood Maney and certain of the other defendants in the cause of C. J. Miller, Jr., et al vs. Jonas Alther et al; to have the life estate of Mildred Wpod Maney in the proceeds of said sale of timber commuted and paid to her in a gross sum in cash and have the residue invested and held in accordance with the terms of thd will of W. G. Wood; to have Clause (6) of the said will construed by the Court and a decree entered adjudicating and settling the construction of Clause (3) of aaid will, and for general relief. !
