Mrs. Mary Woodbridge of Fredericksburg and her daughter Mrs. Elizabeth Minster of Betterton, Md.f were guests of Miss Margaret Compton last week. Mrs. Minster taught in the Washington High School, where she excelled in history for three term a, and upon leaving Washington joined the WAVES. Auxiliary Met Wednesday
Wednesday evening the Auxiliary to Emmanuel church met at the home of Mias Annie Stephenson. Mrs. Hening presided. The devotional was led by Mrs. Sealock. At the conclusion of the business session a social hour was enjoyed at which time refreshments'were served by the hostess assisted by Mrs. Schaefer.
