Forest Grove Bapitst church was the scene of a beatuiful wedding Saturday evening, March 24, at 7 o’clock, wiien Miss Jeanne Woodward, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Woodward of Amissville, , became the bride of Irving E. Sisk, Jr., son of Mr. and Mrs. Irving Sisk of Washington.
The Rev. M. E. Sliger officiated with a double ring ceremony before an altar decorated with jonquils and Easter lilies and a background of spring ferns and tall glowing candles.
The bride, given in marriage by her father, wore• a white gown of satin with nylon fitted bodice and finger length pointed sleeves. Her full tucked skirt'formed a train, and her fingertip veil hung from a band of seed pearls. She carried a large bouquet of white rosebuds centered with a gardenia.
Miss Margaret Woodward, cousin of the bride, was maid of honor, and Miss Mary Wharton, Mias Dottle Prints, Miss Elisabeth Elliott, and Miss Hilly Sisk were bridesmaids. Barnes Edward and Patsy Ann, small brother and sister of the bride, and Charlotte Elliot were ring bearer and flower girls.
