VIRGINIA: IN THE CLERK’S OFFICE OF THE CIRCUIT COURT OF RAPPAHANNOCK COUNTY, THE 4th DAY OF AUGUST, 1953. WADE J. MILLER — Plaintiff

vs._ ROBERT E. CRAFT RAYNER V. SNEAD, Trustee CARRIE M. DENNIS, Harpers Ferry, West Virginia

_Defendants.

The abject of the above styled suit is to subject the lands of Robert E. G^aft to the lien of judgment heretofore obtained by Wade J. Miller; that is to say to rent said land, if it shall appear that the rents and profits will satisfy said judgment in five years; otherwise to sell said real estate or so much thereof as may be necessary to satisfy said judgment.

And, it appearing by affidavit filed according to law that Carrie M. Dennis, the above named defendant, is not a resident of this State, and that her last known post office address is Harper’s Ferry, West Virginia, it is therefore ORDERED that the said Carrie M. Dennis do appear within ten days after the due publication of this Order, in the Clerk’s Office of our said Circuit Court, and do what is necessary to protect her interest.

And it is further ORDERED THAT the foregoing portion of this Order be published once a week for four successive weeks in the Rappahannock News, a newspaper printed in the County of Rappahanock, Virginia, and having general circulation in the County of Rappahannock, State of Virginia, and that the Clerk post and mail a copy of this order in accordance with the laws of Virginia made and provided in such cases.
