At a Minnestoa 4-H lamb sale where business men and various business concerns of Jackson county participated in the bidding, taking many of the lambs away from the' _ two principal packers bidding. Wilson and Hormel: “You fellows are spending a lot of money here today.” The reply: “We are not spending money, we are investing money. We are investing in the future of Jackson County. We are developing boys and girls. We are helping to improve the methods of livestock feeding and improving the fertility of the soil. No we are not spending m^ney. We are pleased to have the opportunity to cooperate in a worth while project of this kind.”
