Miss Miller, 24 years old, is a graduate of Stuart Hall and Hollins Colege and was listed in “Who’s Who in American Colleges and Universities.” Her father is president of thei Washington Fruit Growers Coopera-' live, Inc. The brown haired, brown eyed Miss Miller, with a friendly, smile for everyone, radiates the charm that is Rappahannock’s own.
