Mrs. Noah Williams and daughter, Mary Helen, were Sunday guests of Mr*. Williams’ mother, Mrs. Har, rison Mahoney. They later visited Mrs. RoberT Johhson of the Double Toll Gates.
Mrs. Mary Lee Wines’ mother passed away last Thursday. Her health had been failing for several months. '
Mrs. Merritt Greeley’s mother has been hospitalized due to a severe heart attack. Her home is in Washington, D. C. Mrs. Greeley has been at her mother’s for the past week. . Eleanor and Ruby Pullen are one of the talent teams that are being heard over WFTR every Friday evening.
A large number of children attended an Easter Egg Hunt at the home of Miss Carolyn Williams, Sunday. Prizes were awarded for finding the most eggs. * James Bolt of Washington, D. C. was a guest over the week end in the home of his daughter, Mrs. Bradley Williams and Mr. Williams and family.
Mrs. Jabo Williams and sons, Bruce, Doug and Earl spent Easter Sunday with Mr- and Mrs. George North of Front Royal.
Mr. and Mrs. William E. Faulkner of Arlington spent the “week end at their home in Chester Gap.
Mr. and Mrs. Samuel Wines and son, Sammy of Maryland arrived in Chester Gap over ,the week end. -They plan to spend one or two weeks with Mr. Wines’ mother, Mrs. Addie Wines.
