by Mrs. T. F. Atkins . Mehehhin, Va. April 25—Miss# Cordie Vaughan Ewing, daughter of Capt. W. H. Ewing, a noted ex-Conferedate officer and now treasurer of Prince Edward county, was married today at^noon in the Wesleyan Methodist church £0 Mr. Hugh Bryon Miller, of Lunenburg county. The church was beautifully decorated for the occasion in green and white.
The ushers, Messrs E. T. Yeatman, J. Edmund Taylor, H. O’B. Cooper of Alexandria; James H. Fletcher and CarihU Menefee of Rappahannock county and Wirst Wallace preceded the bridal party #to the church.
Following these came the brides maids: Misses Nannie Ewing, Myron Galuslia of Dinwiddle county; Jessie Staples, Fannie Newbill and Lucy Ecdeston of Charlotte county; and Katharine Betty_of Richmond,_wearing dainty gowns of white chiffon elaborately trimmed with Valenciennes lace and white satin girdles and carried great clusters of white carnations looped with green. With them came the groomsmen: Messrs W. H. Wood, Robert Miller of Rappahannock county; Walter Smith, R. L. Montague, of Richmond, and Walter Hubard and Ashby Adams of Blackstone.
Next came the maid of honor, Miss Maggie Ewing, sister of the bride, in a gown of white mousseline, over satin, carrying carnations and maiden hair ferns. She immediately preceded the bride, who entered on the. arm of her brother, Mr. H. Howard Ewipg, gowned in a most exquisite creation of real lace over mousseline
