Section 53-Discharging, Fire Arms i A. It shall be unlawful for any person to fire any gun, pistol, or other firearms within the limits of the town of Washington unless the firing of same shall be justified by law. /
B. It shall be unlawful for any person to knowinly fire or explode, l. or cause to.be fired or exploded, within the corporated limits of the town of Washington, any explosive compound, substance or material, whether or not the same be contained in any weapon, instrument or device, unless authorized so to do by law; provided, however, that any person or persons who shall aid or abet in anymanner the violation of any pror vision of this : section shall ijeji? deemed to be a principal and upon ^conviction, shall be punished as . hereafter provided.”
