Three law students from New York were injured Sunday afternoon in * l-c?r accident near Bradley Atkins, Sperryville. The car. headed west on 21 jl, was! going around the slight curvp in front of Schwartz’s home, when it skidded on the wet road, careened over the right bank taking j a nose dive into the ditch. I j Melvin Kazdin, thej driver, and Victor Belicove, both ojif Laurclton, N. Y. C., and Albert | Gottesman, of Bronx, N. Y. C. were taken to the Warren Memorial Hospital,; Front Royal. Though none but Kazdin appeared to hfve been injured seriously, all were kept; over-. night for observation, jjelicove and Gottesman were released Monday noon but Kazdin wgs retained. It is believed that he‘suffered back injuries.

The group discussed jthe need Of a coffee urn, for the auxiliary, when making large quantities of coffee. The suggestion that vanilla and- lemon flavoring extract be sold (for one dollar j per ljarge bottle) in order to win the prize of a 48 cup urn was accepted and the extract will be ordered immediately. j
It was decided that jthe Auxiliary will purchase two jmirroiy to hang in the rest rooms iof the Fire Hall.
