Gerald Brown, who came for a short visit on Sunday with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Maury W. Brown, was accompanied to Richmond in the evening by Miss Jean Brown and Miss Mary Helen Bruce, who spent the week end at their respective homes.

Miss Pattie Atkins, Mrs. Lois Frasier and Miss Frances Leake of Warrenton were week-end guests ofv Mrs. Ethel Tyner and Miss Nellie Atkins, who have as their guest this week their sister, Mrs. Lizzie Brown.

Miss Samuella Crim of New Market was a guest on Sunday of Miss Louise O’Ban non.

Mr. and Mrs. Maurice Manuel and children spent, Sunday with their parents, Mr. and Mrs. Chris Schaefer.

Mr. and Mrs. D. V. Chapman left Sunday night with their son and daughter-in-law, Mr. apd Mrs. David Chapman, Jr. and will be their guests at their home in Richmond this week.

Miss Peggy Pillar was a guest on Wednesday and Thursday of Miss Ann Yates at Peola Mille. On Wednesday night they attended the movies in Culpeper.

Week-end guests of Mr. and Mrs. J. Rodes Brown were their son and daughter-in-law, Mr. and MrsL Jack Brown and son, Stevie of Leesburg. Those who joined Mr. and Mrs. Brown and guests for dinner on Sunday were Rev. arid' Mrs. A. Paul Thompson and daughter, Ann Rodes and O. B, Williams of Flctridaa.

County Agen^ William H. Lyne and Mrs. Lyne am^pending this week in Michigan where Mr. Lyne is attending a convention pertaining '■ to his work. During their absence, Mr. and Mrs. S. E. Hening are staying in the Lyne home with their children. Miss Peachey Lyne and David Lyne.
