I had assumed that your office would have acted by now to bring to the attention of all officials of the Selective Service System, including the members of all local boards the directive of the Congress as set forth in Sec. 101 (d) of Public Law 116.
I should appreciate your letting me know if your spokesman was quoted incorrectly, and proper steps already have been taken to * bring deferment policy into line with the expression of the Congress in this enactment
