Oscar Williams, son of Beverly Williams, residing1 at 3823 Pulaski Ave., Philadelphia, Pa., and the unknown heirs of Beverly Williams, deceased, whose names and whereabouts are unknown:
You are hereby notified that a tract (ft land situated in Stonewall Magisterial District, Rappahannock County, Virginia, containing ten (10) acres, more or less, was sold on the 24th day of March, 1950 by the Treasurer of Rappahannock County for delinquent taxes, levies, interest and costs to CHARLIE HITT; that (he - said tract of land is assessed ion the land records of said County . in the name of Beverly Williams; that application has been made to the Clerk of the Circuit Court of said County by Charlie Hitt for a tax deed to the said property pursuant to statutes in such cases provided, said application being duly filed.
And it appearing from the records in this office that you are or may be a party interested in the said land, you are further notified to appear within FOUR MONTHS from the date of this order and do what may be necessary to protect your interests.
