E. M. Montague, Mrs. Douglas Cornell and Miss Beverly Blade of Bethesda, Maryland were at the new development on the Hazel River during the week end where they are building a summer home. Mr. and Mrs. Roy Sayre of Columbus, Ohio were guests during last week;of Elder and Mrs. J. H. Daily who had as their week-end guests Mrs. Rebecca Britt of Atlanta, Ga. On Sunday evening, Elder and Mrs. Daily and their guest, Mrs. Britt were dinner guests of Mr. and Mrs. J. M. Durden at Bentonville.
W. B. Chapman was a guest on Sunday of his parents, Mr. and Mrs. D. V. Chapman. , ,
Mr. and Mrs. Harry Martin of Shepherdstown, West Va. spent the week end with Mrs. Martin’s mother, Mrs. Annie M. Welch, who also has with her this week her grandson, Eddie Martin while his mother is a patient in the City Hospital in Martinsburg, West Va. for X-ray treatments.
