So that the youngsters between the ages of 8 an i 18 in Washington, and Rapps ihannock County may continue to have the benefits of the Boy Scout program and to further enable the Boy Scout movement throughout Virginia to keep apace with the increasing demand due to the rapidly increasing population, local Scouters and officials of the Shenandoah Area Council are joining with eight other Scout Councils in Virginia jn a drive for operating budget funds.
