Among the project canted out by these youngsters are Health and Safety, Room Improvement, three units of sewing, So You’d Like To Sew, Make and Remake and Advanced Clothing Construction, Meal Preparation; Canning and Freeing, Breads, Dairy, Electric, Sheep, Market Hogs, Beef Cattle, Dairy Heifer, Baby Beef, Corn, Potatoes, Garden, Home Beautification and Poultry. Livestock Judging is also taught in 4-|H and teams from the county have won honors in State contests.

All kinds of skill® useful farm living and operation taught in these projects. Greater skill in homemaking and management, clothing construction and wardrobe planning, a greater appreciation for the needs of others, a better community spirit,development of personal responsibility, all these and more values arc received by being an active club member.

There'is one feature that most older club members agree upon that is the 4-H Club membership enabled them to speak before an audience without fear. In these days of radio, television and public address systems, organizations and comurtity projects it is a valuable asset to be able to speak effectively.

There are several annual events that have come to mean much to club members and the community.
