Representatives of the fl.T.F.F. F.A. from Loudoun County, Warren County, Clarke County, Luray, James Wood and Rappahannock County High Schools elected Jimmy Clatterbuck, president of the Rappahannock Chapter, as VPresident of their organization Tuesday night, October 11. Jimmy is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Roy Clatterbuck of Washington. * Awards were given to the winners of The Crop Judging Contest held in September at James Wood High School. The Rappahannock Chapter was awarded the first place plaque. Team members were Jack Sisk, high individual in the entire contest; Glen Updike, first in poultry, and Randal! Updike, first in com.

The Rappahannock FFA Chapter participated October 21 in KVG training conducted by Bill Vernam, County Forrester. Theboys were given instructions! in the use of -various fire fighting tools, tree indentificiation, measuring laying log*, and measuring standing trees for both sawtimbcr and pulpwood.
