6. Many fly-by night private schools with poor standards, inferior teachers, poor buildings and inadequate facilities can be expected to spring up. No plan has been set up for their supervision.

10. The United States nas an important position to maintain in the world society of, nations. We are the champions of democracy. The tl.S. has advocated the cause of equal opportunities for all peoples. The Communists will surely seize upon this example of discrimination and undemocratic action by Virginia, “the cradle of democracy”.
