11. Virginian* are being asked to endorse a blank check when they are asked to support a proposal with no definite plan of action mapped out, no estimated fiscal policy, the very constitutionality of which fnay be challenged.
12. It is dangerous to set a precedent of diverting public funds for private use.
13. It can be expected that many public school teachers will be lost to Virginia because they will wish to avoid the possible loss of benefits, poor working conditions, and the certain confusion that will ensue.
14. It is probable that education for all children in Virginia will deteriorate.
15. The leaders of all the major denominations oppose the passage of this amendment on moral grounds. Encouragement of bias and prejudice is contrary to all religious teachings.
