Woodard and family of Winchester, were week-end guests of his mother Mrs. George W. Woodard. Mr. Woodard, more generally known' here as ‘Ned’,* former resident of Sperryville, has recently been operated on for appendicitis at Memorial Hospital in Winchester, from which he is slowly improving.
Elder and Mrs. J. Harvey Daily were overnight guests on Saturday of Mr. and Mrs. Alton (Morrison in Bentonville, where Elder Daily held regular monthly eerfvices on Saturday night and Sun‘day at eleven o'clock. They were dinner guests on Sunday of Mr. ^and Mrs. William Cameron.
