Two valuable tracts of land with buildings thereon located in Hawthorne Magisterial District in the County of Rappahannock, Virginia, containing in the aggregate 63 acres more or less. *

In execution of a deed of trust from Jesse Jenkins and Daisy Jgnkins, his wife, dated February 3rd, 1954 and recorded in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia, in Deed Book 60 at Page 484, the undersigned Trustee will offer for sale at public auction on

Saturday, February 18,1956

at 11 o’clock A. M. at the front door of the Court House for Rappahannock County at Washington, Virginia, those two tracts of land containing 63 acres more or less, located and being in Hawthorne Magisterial District, Rappahannock County, about four miles from Woodville, Virginia, and being the same land conveyed to Jesse Jenkins by John L. Jenkins, Sr., which deed is of record in the Clerk’s Office of Rappahannock County, Virginia, in Deed Book 46 at Page 308.

1st Tract : Containing 53 acres more or less, being known as Lot No. 3 in division of the lands of Jesse Vanhorn, deceased, and the same parcel t)f land conveyed to John L. Jenkins, Sr., by deed from C. H. Keyser, Commissioner in the chancery cause of M. Elizabeth O’Neil vs. Vanhorn et al.

2nd Tract: That tract of land lying on the top of Juber Mountain, adjoining the lands of J. Jas. Miller, Shackelford and others, being known as a part of the Dodge land, ' containing 10 1/8 acres more or less, and being the same land conveyed to John L. Jenkins, Sr., by deed dated November 28th, 1919 and of record in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia, in
