Mahlon Ramey, Husky Scroggins and Nick Cascio motored to New Market Sunday evening.
Mahlon Ramey, Chailes Foster, Nick Cascio, Bob Estes, and Roxy Clater were in Orange recently making plans to enter the -Flint Hill A- C. and the Rappahannock Chiefs in the Blue Ridge League, for the coming season.
Mr. and Mrs. Albert Slaughter of Front Royal called on A. J. Slaughter, “Mr. Allie’’ Sunday afternoon. Aubrey Wood also visited Mr. Slaughter on Sunday. His condition is improving slowly. •' Mrs. R. L. Baumgardner of Culpeper and Mr. and Mrs. Henly Lillard of Falls Church were Sunday guests of Mr. and Mrs. Jack Petty and Mrs. Kate Petty. t. Dan Price is able to be up and walking around, he was a visitor in Washington Tuesday.
The Rev.- and Mrs. John Frizzell, Jr. were Sunday evening dinner guests of Mr. and Mrs. W. Arthur Miller at Mt. Prospect.
Mr. and Mrs. John Wood were Friday overnight guests of Mr. and Mrs. C. J. Miller at Millermead. They left Saturday morning for a week’s visit in New York. • While the Woods are away, their children, Jenner and Dudley, will visit their grandparents. t1
