Trial Justice Cases . The Commonwealth versus Johnnie R. Yager, of Brightwood, charged with reckless driving; found not guilty. Trooper John Lowman was the arresting officer.
The Commonwealth versus Charlie Pinkard, of Washington, charged with assault and battery on Thomas Glasker, fined $25 and costs and sentenced to 90 days in jail. Eighty days was suspended on condition of good behavior for 12 months. Pinkard was also ordered not to go or loaf near the Flat Woods Inn for a like period. Sheriff J. W. Critzer was the arresting officer.
