1 ne commonweal tn versus Charlie Pinkard, charged with disorderly conduct in a public place, namely, Flat Woods Inn. Pinkard was fined $5 and costs.

The Commonwealth versus John Clanagan, of Washington, charged with abusing and threat;ning the wife of Thomas Glasker; fined $15 and costs and sentenced to 30 days in jail. Twenty days of the sentence was suspended on condition of good behavior for 12 months. Clanagan was ordered not to go on or near the Flat Woods Inn for a like period. Sheriff Critter was the arresting officer. The Commonwealth versus John Clanagan, charged with disirderly conduct in a public place, fined $5 and costs. The Commonwealth versus Fhomas Glasker, of Sperryville, charged with disorderly conduct it Flat Woods Inn; fined $10 and :osts. Glasker was sentenced to 30 lays in jail, 25 days was suspended >n condition of good behavior for 2 months.
