County $440 Behind
In Red Cross Drive
Miss Louise Schwartz, Red Cross Roll Call chairman for Rappahannock is requesting all District chairmen to check their lists again and see if they have seen all persons in their district and give them an opportunity to join their Red Cross.
To date Rappahannock County is behind $440, (our quota is $1300) and unless the money is raised it will be necessary to curtail some chapter activities.
Jackson District, with Mrs. William Laing, chairman, has contributed $146.43, the largest amount sent in from any section.
Please if you haven’t already contributed, see your chairman and do so .
A Red Cross meeting has been called for Wednesday May 16 at 3 P. M. at the Fire House. Be sure and come.
