A resolution was passed by the Board concerning ‘‘the construction or improvement of a section of Route 647 of the secondary system, in Rappahannock County, from 2.13 mil east int. St. 522 — (Flint Hill) to W. end bridge oVei Rappahannock River (Fauquier County Hue)”. The board agreed to Hie plans and requested the highway department to proceed with the construction and agreed to assist and co-operate in the acquisition of tiie right of way, such costs to be paid from the Secondary funds allocated or to bo allocated to Rappahannock County.
