Churches To Sponsor*
Christmas Pageant -
The churches of Washingtotr are sponsoring a Christinas Pageant to be presented on Friday, December 21, at 7:30 p.m. in the _ Methodist Church, with Mrs Wade H. Massie, III, Mrs, Wallace Critzcr and Mrs.'Gilbert Updike joint directors.
The first rehearsal was held on ■ this past Sunday at the Methodist Church. There will be two more, one on Sunday, December 9, at 2:30 p.m., and the other on Sunday, December 16, at the same time and at the same church.
All children and teen agers of the three Sunday Schools are urge*!to be present, as only a few parts were assigned at the first re^ 1 h ear-sal The Pageant should be outstanding. as all churches are working together and will present only one Pageant instead of three. This - means that the Pageant can be ? larger and more meaningful as a • larger number of young people are available for the various parts*
